Carla began her career in the fashion industry, spending eight years in buying and merchandising for international brands. While she enjoyed the role, she longed for a more creative outlet. At 32, she took a leap of faith, moving to Australia with her family to pursue her dream of becoming a sought-after hairstylist.

It was there that she discovered weft hair extensions and was instantly captivated by their ease and transformative power. Determined to master her craft, Carla immersed herself in the world of hair extensions—sourcing premium hair from around the globe and applying her expertise in fabrics to finding the highest quality strands.
